Development Officer
Help Build a Community Where Refugee Claimants Are Welcomed with Dignity and Hope
Journey Home Community is seeking a Development Officer to play a vital role in sustaining and growing the relationships that help create caring communities. Working closely with a small Development Team (Executive Director and Communications Manager), this position partners with staff, volunteers, foundations, and a community of donors who believe in the heart of our mission to welcome refugee claimants with care, dignity, and belonging.
If you are relational, strategic, organized, and motivated to make a difference, we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to help turn generosity into real, life‑changing housing, support and community for newcomers who are settling and looking to flourish and belong in Metro Vancouver.
