Employment Specialist
Journey Home Community is seeking an Employment Specialist to support refugee claimants as they work toward their employment goals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, organizations, and opportunities. The Employment Specialist will spend significant time developing relationships with employers and community partners, creating networks that support program participants' employment journeys and contribute to successful employment outcomes and long-term flourishing.
In addition, the Employment Specialist will provide personalized employment support to program participants, helping them navigate the job search process and work toward meaningful employment.
Annual Salary: $54,364
