Join us on Saturday, July 4 for a picnic & BBQ to celebrate friendship with all those connected to Journey Home Community as we continue welcoming refugee claimant families.

We hope you are able to come to our potluck-style picnic with games. Journey Home will BBQ up some hotdogs (regular, vegetarian and halal) and we invite you to bring a main dish, a salad, or a dessert to share.

There will be kids activities and groups games, as well as our annual tug of wars!

Don’t forge to bring:

• Blakets or camp chairs to sit on. This is an open park space with no picnic tables available.

• Soccer ball or frisbee to play.

• Sunscreen and a hat

All are welcome, no need to RSVP
