The Ride for Refuge is a family-friendly, in-person fundraising ride/walk held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 in support of charities that help people seeking hope, safety, and freedom.
On RIDE Day we gather to move our hearts and our legs in solidarity with all who are affected by a callous world that ignores their pain, their needs, and their great potential.
Money raised in this year's Ride for Refuge is going to support a range of vital supports for newly arriving refugee claimants. You will be helping us:
- Provide transitional housing and emergency food security
- Case-managed support including direct settlement services
- Referrals to existing community resources
- A caring community that shares welcome, love, and belonging
